Marlene MacDonald, Owner
Marlene grew up in the family cabinetry business. She started her career as a professional designer in 2002 and took classes with the National Kitchen and Bath Association in preparation for purchasing The Cabinetry from her uncle. In her first year as owner, she has already made several improvements, from redesigning the Hanover showroom to changing the company name in order to better communicate its services.
 
Jean Hayes, Design Consultant
Allied Member ASID
Jean joined The Cabinetry in the spring of 2005 after relocating from New York back home to Massachusetts. A graduate of the New York School of Interior Design, Jean spent several years in the New York area working as a Kitchen and Bath Designer. She also held a design position with a reputable New York Real Estate Developer/Builder.

Erika Stern, Architect and Design Consultant 
Erika, a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, joined The Cabinetry in 1999. Her knowledge in fine cabinetry products comes from her experience selling Siematic at the high-end Boston Design Center and at Dehlia. 

Denise Stanley, Office Manager 
Denise, Marlene's sister, joined the company in July 2005. As Office Manager, her responsibilities include administrative duties as well as the day-to-day operations. Her many years of customer service and administrative experience are an asset to The Cabinetry.

Natalie MacDonald, Bookkeeper and Receptionist 
Natalie helps keep the company running with her skills as the company’s bookkeeper and receptionist.
